The Place to Bee is a café and old-fashioned sweet shop in the heart of Kingsthorpe. Since 2013, the cafe has been providing a safe, structured and outstanding educational provision to students with special requirements blurring the borders between education, work-placed learning and vocational learning. It has won the Weetabix Bronze Award Winning Community Cafe 2022 and 2023.

The café has recently been taken over by The Cube. Please come and visit – delicious homemade quiche, cakes and sandwiches. Open Monday-Friday.
